And then there are the duds…..
And then there are the duds……
I decided when I started this blog I would not post negative reviews because I don’t think it’s necessary. I will only call them out in a post if I think they are really harming people. I would rather just shine a light on people I think are really talented. However, I think the following the story is a good example of what a mixed bag psychic advice can be.
I recently attended a psychic party. 9 people attended. The psychic has been written up favorably in various publications. Of the 9 people read, 5 were enthusiastic, 2 were non committal, and 2 were unhappy with their readings. The psychic was dead on with certain people; like details about a distant relative who had suffered a car accident and the fact that they were on a ventilator etc… Another person, she saw the client’s husband and his feeling of being overwhelmed with their several children. This was definitely information that was specific to the people being read, and everyone at the party felt it was spot on. With the 2 non commital people, she had some general things to say that were not especially illuminating or helpful. For instance, she told 1 of the non commits that “…she and her husband had been together in past lives.” That is the sort of stuff that is not specific. I would love to believe those we love are going to be with us again. The other non commital person got information that her ancestors were watching over her. Again, very nice and we wish it could be true but does it mean anything when there are no specifics?
All in all, I think if I were to be involved with another psychic party, I’d do less people - so you’d have more than 10 minutes. Also, I’d maybe book out 2 readers so people could compare. It was an interesting event, and like most of life - some people came and left with what they wanted, and others not so much.
